Here’s a quick tutorial talking about how to wrap your hands and keep them safe as you are Boxing, Kickboxing, sparring or hitting a heavy bag.
There’s many different ways to wrap your hands; but, this is my favourite way.
I call it the: Three/Three/Fingers/Vee Method.
You wrap your wrists three times around.
Then your knuckles three times around.
Then you go through each of your fingers.
And finally, you make a V from one side of your thumb to the other side of your thumb.
